Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the self-service Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for — you keep access through the end of that period.
Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. To request a refund within that window, email us at support@softwarebysuzy.com. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
