These Terms of Service govern your use of ScalesBySuzy (the "Service"), operated by Music by Suzy. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
ScalesBySuzy helps musicians learn scales across instruments and tunings. Access requires an account and, after any trial period, an active paid subscription or one-time lifetime purchase.
We offer Monthly and Annual subscription plans, and a one-time Lifetime plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the self-service Customer Portal, accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and are not billed again afterward.

Accounts are personal to you. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
